The Armed Forces Housing Project in Madinah for the Ministry of Defense, delivered a modern and fully integrated residential development spanning over 300,000 m².

The project comprised the construction of 9 buildings and 216 residential flats, supported by comprehensive infrastructure and community facilities, including a mosque, water tank, administration buildings, extensive roadworks, and full electrical, finishing, and earthwork packages.

This development significantly enhanced the quality of housing and services provided to the Kingdom’s armed forces personnel and their families in the holy city of Madinah.
