This landmark industrial development covers a massive 12 million m², making it one of the largest integrated infrastructure undertakings in the Kingdom. The project includes extensive wet utilities totaling over 215 km and dry utilities exceeding 16 km, supported by major service facilities such as one main pump station and two sewerage lifting stations.

Its scope also encompasses utility corridors and crossings, flood-protection works for the logistics area, and advanced SCADA and automation systems to ensure efficient control and reliability of all pumping facilities.

Complemented by an administrative building and essential support infrastructure, the project was delivered in full adherence to environmental, safety, and access regulations.
