This major development in Jeddah Industrial City spans a impressive 12 million m², forming a critical cornerstone in strengthening the Kingdom’s industrial and economic infrastructure.

The project features an extensive network of wet utilities exceeding 180 km and dry utilities totaling over 16 km, supported by a robust suite of essential facilities, including two main pump stations, three sewerage lifting stations, and three GLS storage tanks with a combined capacity of 9,000 m³.
