The project delivered a fully fledged utilities and infrastructure package to support the mega development of Jeddah Al Arous in Jeddah including the development of 6 million m² and involving over 4 million m³ of bulk earthworks, 177 km of lane pavement, and extensive utility networks comprising 280 km of wet utilities and 650 km of dry utilities.

In addition, the scope included 46 km of roadworks, supported by major service facilities such as an irrigation pump station, a sewerage lifting station, and a stormwater lifting station.

Together, these components form the backbone of a modern, scalable, and fully integrated urban infrastructure system designed to meet the long-term needs of one of Jeddah’s most ambitious residential communities.
