Buildings

The King Khaled Military City Housing Project (KKMC) in Hafr Al-Batin, delivered for the Ministry of Defense and stands as a significant milestone in large-scale residential development.

Spanning an expansive area of over 1 million m², the project included the construction of 100 buildings, development of 190,000 m² of road networks, and installation of comprehensive utility systems featuring 50 km of wet utilities and 33 km of dry utilities.

This fully integrated housing complex played a key role in enhancing living standards and supporting the operational readiness of the Kingdom’s military community.
