This project in Makkah encompassed the full development of a large-scale urban zone covering 2.5 million m², supported by extensive earthworks exceeding 700,000 m³, along with 153 km of lane pavement and comprehensive utility networks that included 30 km of wet utilities and 85 km of dry utilities.

The scope also featured 50 km of roadworks and the construction of key service infrastructure such as a dedicated irrigation pump station.

Together, these works established a fully integrated and modern infrastructure foundation, enabling the successful development and long-term sustainability of one of Makkah’s significant expansion areas.
