The project comprises the construction of 55 km of roadway, supported by extensive earthworks that include approximately 4 million m³ of embankment filling and 1 million m³ of excavation.

Key infrastructure elements include around 200,000 m³ of asphalt works, along with utility installations such as 11 km of irrigation pipelines and 120 km of electrical and fiber-optic cables.

Structural components feature 3 interchanges, 2 flyover-type roundabouts, and 2 Wadi bridges totaling 170 linear meters. Additionally, the project incorporates a renewable-energy component consisting of five solar farms with a combined generation capacity of 30 MW.
